Claire’s Place Foundation, Inc. (CPF) is a 501c3 non-profit organization providing support to children and families affected by cystic fibrosis (CF). Claire’s Place Foundation was founded by and named in honor of Claire Wineland, a 21 year old young woman who passed away from cystic fibrosis on September 2, 2018.

These individuals have gone above and beyond in helping grow our grassroots organization in to an international place of support for the Cystic Fibrosis Community.
Just before her passing in September 2018, Claire had been working with 2 filmmakers on a special documentary that feels more like a long conversation about her feelings on life, making an impact, having purpose and accepting the reality of living with a terminal illness.
