Claire’s Notes

Okay , so you all probably know what a virus is and have learned about them in school, but for CFers a virus can mean so much more! In a CFers body a virus can do a lot more damage then it can in a regular persons. our lungs and body are normally so consumed in trying to fight off the other bugs in our body ,and tend to take a lot longer to kick out the virus ! in my opinion it is best to stay on the safe side with them, they can be nasty and make your stays in the hospital more frequent .
