WPP Volunteer Spotlight: Monica Fochtman

We’re thrilled to highlight Monica Fochtman, a dedicated volunteer with our Work Proudly Program. She brings years of experience as a professional resume writer, career transition coach, and former college administrator to her work with our participants.

Through her one-on-one coaching, Monica helps Work Proudly clients strengthen their resumes and refine their career narratives to better reflect their unique experiences and goals. She has an incredible ability to identify each client’s key accomplishments and transform them into clear, compelling stories that stand out to employers. Her compassionate and empowering approach gives our participants the confidence to pursue new opportunities and re-enter the workforce on their own terms.

One client shared, “She gave me great insight into writing a resume that reflects my skills and is formatted in a way that works with my gap in employment. She has been so generous!”

We are so grateful for Monica’s time, expertise, and heart. Her volunteer work helps our clients feel seen, capable, and ready to take the next step toward meaningful, flexible employment.
